How it works
A matrimonial service for Rana families, where every profile has been checked by the Samaj and contact details are never handed out behind your back.
The six steps
Register
One account covers the community site and matrimony.
About you
Age, height, marital status, and a short introduction in your own words.
Education and career
Your employer is never public. It is released only to somebody whose interest you have accepted.
Family and community
Your Samaj, your native place, your parents, your household. Families read this first.
Photos
Three of you and one of your family. The first is your primary photo.
Photo ID and payment
Your Samaj verifies you, and the membership is paid once for twelve months.
You can stop at any point and come back. Nothing is public until all of it is done and your Samaj has approved you.
When your profile appears in search
Four things have to be true together, and the site tells you which are missing:
- your membership is paid and running,
- your Samaj has approved you,
- you have three personal photos,
- and one family photo.
A suspended or closed account takes its profile out of search as well, for as long as it lasts. That is not something that happens quietly: you would be emailed about the account itself, and your profile goes back the moment the account does.
How families reach each other
There is no chat here, and there never will be. You send an interest; if it is accepted, each of you gets the other's phone number and email, and you talk directly.
Until an interest is accepted, contact details are masked and the employer is withheld. Nobody can buy their way past that, because it is not a feature of the membership: it is the rule the platform is built on.
What is checked, and what is not
The Samaj confirms identity and community membership. It does not vouch for anybody as a match, and a verified badge is not a recommendation. Read the verification page for exactly what a reviewer sees and what happens to your document.
If something is wrong
Every profile can be reported, and blocking somebody hides you from each other immediately. Reports are read by the platform, not by your regional committee, because a President may well know both families.
