Questions about registration, verification or membership?
Write to help@ranasamaj.org and we answer within one working day. Your regional Samaj can also help in person.
Do I have to pay to be on the community site?
No. The directory, events and announcements are free, and most pages are readable without an account at all. Only Rana Matrimony is paid.
Which Samaj should I choose?
The smallest one your family belongs to. The ones above it are recorded automatically, so choosing your town also puts you in its district, state and country. Your choice decides who verifies you.
Why do you need my photo ID?
So that everybody in the matrimonial directory is a real person who belongs to the Samaj. It is checked once and then deleted. The verification page sets out who sees it and for how long.
